A tool that enables forensically sound collections of electronically stored information (ESI) located on remote network share (UNC path) locations without the need of Enterprise level collection solutions.

A tool to aid in the challenging task of working with native data sets and the associated path depths limitations. PathScout was orignially developed as an internal tool to successfully deliver electronically stored information (ESI) for a large eDiscovery matter by triaging over 2,500,000 files in one single operation – identifying and normalizing ESI – so no path depths problems occur during additional eDiscovery processing stages.

This Research and Development project focuses on assisting law enforcement in their digital crime fighting efforts involving mobile devices.
